ASI’s
broad range of customer service and technical support
includes:
ASI
maintains a professional staff of engineers and service technicians
to ensure that customers can count on a timely and expert response
to their service needs.
Installation
and Start-up
Worldwide installation and start-up service are available to ensure
maximum product performance and reliability. Installation assistance
can range from on-site supervision to full turn-key responsibility.
Standard ASI start-up services include installation inspection,
alignment and flow balance adjustment, safety checks, and control
tuning. ASI offers these services to their customers at a fixed-cost
basis, thus eliminating unknown or excessive commissioning costs.
Training
Operator and maintenance training is included as part of the start-up
service contract, but can also be purchased separately. ASI service
personnel can train new operators or maintenance technicians on-site
directly on your dryer.
Preventative
Maintenance
ASI’s "Performance PM" program is specifically
designed to reduce or eliminate the need for unscheduled service
calls. During scheduled semi-annual site visits, a service
technician performs a series of tasks to maintain or improve
dryer performance and dependability. When this contract is
initiated, the Full Coverage Warranty will be extended to
three years from the date of installation. |

Corrective
Maintenance
A qualified ASI service technician is available for corrective
maintenance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For calls that
do not require an on-site response, a direct computer link via
modem from ASI’s service center to the customer’s
equipment processor can be used to diagnose and correct problems
remotely.
Spare
Parts Service
A full supply of spare parts is maintained for all current and
previous equipment furnished by ASI. An emergency parts order
can be delivered to the customer’s site within 24 hours
of a request. |
