Rugged and cost-effective, the Sahara V is the perfect compliment for vertical heatset presses. Soft-Dri III air bars provide nozzle velocity of 12,500 fpm (64 m/sec) for maximum heat transfer at minimum energy input and fan rpm. An automated inlet vane on the recirculation fan adjusts air flow during start-up and when handling sensitive lightweight webs. ODP high-efficiency motors with across-the-line (FVNR) starters, heater elements and magnetic short circuit protection. Painted heavy duty structural support base. Equipped with high speed modem for remote trouble-shooting and performance verification. One year warranty on all parts; three year warranty on all ASI manufactured components.
